Data Protection and Security
We take data protection and security seriously at UeCampus. Your personal information is handled with care and in line with the relevant data protection laws. We use secure channels for data transmission and storage to ensure your information is kept safe.
However, please be aware that no online platform can guarantee absolute security. While we employ robust measures to protect your data, we cannot be held responsible for any breaches or leaks that might occur due to factors beyond our control, such as cyberattacks or third-party actions.
By using UeCampus, you acknowledge and accept that while we strive to keep your data secure, there is always some level of risk inherent in online interactions. It's important to maintain good security practices on your end, such as using strong passwords and keeping your login credentials confidential. To access most features on the UeCampus platform, you need a registered account. Keeping your account password safe is your responsibility, and if you notice any unusual account activity, let UeCampus Support know (support@uecampus.com).

Disclaimers
The UeCampus platform may experience downtime due to planned maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. It's possible that an instructor might provide incorrect information in their content, or security concerns might arise. While these are just examples, you acknowledge that in such cases, you won't hold us accountable. In more comprehensive legal terms, the Services and their content are provided "as is" and "as available." We, along with our affiliates, suppliers, partners, and agents, make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, accuracy, or freedom from errors of the Services or their content. We don't guarantee specific results from using the Services. Your use of the Services is entirely your choice and at your own risk.
We retain the right to discontinue certain features of the Services at any time and for any reason. Under no circumstances will UeCampus, its affiliates, suppliers, partners, or agents be held liable for damages arising from such interruptions or unavailability of features.
In cases where the system experiences downtime, security breaches, or requires maintenance, UeCampus cannot be held responsible or liable.
UeCampus is not accountable for the compatibility of the learning platform with various devices, such as mobile phones, laptops, or computers.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in the provision of our Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of war, natural disasters, technological outages, or government restrictions.
Payments
By enrolling in our courses, you authorize UeCampus to process payments through secure channels like Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfers. Please note that if your payment details are compromised or leaked by a third party, or through any other means while using UeCampus, UeCampus cannot be held accountable.
When purchasing a course, you agree to settle the applicable fees, granting us permission to charge your credit or debit card or employ other payment methods like PayPal, SEPA, direct debit, or mobile wallets. UeCampus collaborates with trusted payment service providers to ensure convenient payment options tailored to your country while safeguarding your payment information. We reserve the right to update your payment methods using details furnished by these providers.
Upon making a purchase, it's important to use valid and authorized payment methods. In the event of payment failure and still gaining access to the content you're enrolling in, you commit to remitting the corresponding fees within 30 days of our notification. We maintain the right to restrict access to content until proper payment is received.
Please note that no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
If, for any reason, we are unable to process payment through your designated method (Stripe, PayPal, bank transfers), or if you initiate a chargeback disputing the charges and the chargeback is approved, we may need to suspend or terminate your account.
To ensure smooth course progression, it's your responsibility to settle the course fee on or before the due date. Should the course fee remain unpaid for 30 days past the due date, an overdue fee of £100 plus VAT will be applied to the outstanding amount.
If the course fee remains unpaid for over 60 days, access to the course will be revoked or cancelled to maintain fair and consistent adherence to payment policies.
Re-Submission:
For assignments, students have the opportunity to submit up to three times without incurring additional fees. However, if a student fails to pass after the third attempt, a fee of £100 plus VAT will be applicable for resubmission.
Service Delays
UeCampus bears no responsibility for delays originating from the actions of its partners or associates. UeCampus cannot be held accountable for any potential reputational damage sustained by partner institutions associated with the certificates, diplomas, or degrees issued. It is possible that documents from UeCampus education partners may take an extended duration to be released due to third-party complications. If your personal information is exposed by a third party while using the UeCampus platform, it is important to note that UeCampus cannot be held liable.
Limitation of Liability
Using our services inherently carries certain risks; for instance, injury could occur while using our platform, such as straining your back or neck. By utilizing our platform and services, you fully acknowledge these inherent risks and agree that you waive the right to seek damages, even if you incur losses or harm. In legal parlance, and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliated companies, suppliers, partners, or agents will be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes potential losses of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or personal injury or death. These damages could arise from contract, warranty, tort, product liability, or other circumstances, even if we were forewarned of the potential for damages.
Updates to These Terms
Periodically, we may revise these terms to clarify our operational procedures or to accommodate new or altered practices, such as the addition of new features. UeCampus reserves the sole right to modify or amend these terms at any time. In the event of any substantial changes, we will inform you prominently, either via an email sent to the address registered in your account or by posting a notice on our Services. The updated terms will be effective from the date of posting, unless specified otherwise. By continuing to use our Services after the changes take effect, you signify your acceptance of these modifications. The revised terms supersede all prior versions.

By using the UeCampus platform and its services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UeCampus, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees. This indemnification extends to any claims arising out of or connected to your use of the UeCampus platform, its services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement upon any third-party rights.
